We are so thankful to have had Jayna Brately as our wedding coordinator! Jayna was awesome, I felt comfortable as soon as I first spoke with her. She really took the
time to learn everything we had done so far and help us pull everything
together so that our vision could come to life. She was so quick to
follow up any time I had a question, and offered great advice. Jayna
took so much stress off of our plates by seamlessly coordinating all of
our vendors and making sure everything ran on time. Her organization
skills are amazing - we received many compliments from family and the wedding party on how helpful the timelines she made were! Everyone knew where they were supposed to be.
Jayna and her team were a super calming presence
on our wedding day. They handled things that came up without us even
knowing about them (a little issue with our wedding favors, last minute
moving cut wedding cake to a better location, etc.), and neatly packaged
all of our items in a box at the end of the night so we didn't lose anything.
We are so happy we decided to work with Jayna and Kirkbrides- highly recommend to anyone thinking about hiring a coordinator!
