We are hiring Assistant Wedding Coordinators!
We are looking for enthusiastic people interested in weddings and events to join our wedding coordination team.
WHEN: The majority of our weddings take place on Saturdays, with occasional Fridays
and Sundays, so candidate must be available on the weekends. Holiday weekends such as Labor Day weekend, New Year's Eve, 4th of July weekend, Memorial day weekend are our busiest times. Wedding days
are between 8-15 hour long workdays and are all different from one
another.
WHAT: Our coordinators assist Kirkbrides lead planners and lead coordinators on wedding
days, help with wedding setup, directing guests, managing vendors,
communicating the wedding itinerary to everyone to keep day organized,
loading up gifts and other leftover items at the end of the night,
having fun and seeing a beautiful and joy-filled day take place!
WHERE: Most weddings take place within the immediate Cleveland area. Some of them take place in the Akron/Canton area or outer edges of Northeast Ohio.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have e-mail access, a cell phone, a driver’s license, ability to map out directions to new places they haven’t been before, a responsible, a motivating attitude and a cheerful, enthusiastic and helpful personality. Our coordinators are required to be extremely dependable to work the dates they are committed to.
There is opportunity for advancement from this starting part-time position with our growing small business of independent wedding and event planning.
