To say I enjoyed working with Kasey and Farley and made new friends during the process is an understatement! Kasey and I had countless conversations about many things non-wedding related and I know I have made a friend in LA whenever I can find the time to go out to visit! :) These two were just so sweet to work with on their Old Courthouse wedding. We incorporated the styles of White Flower Cake Shoppe and Grande Designs for the amazing cake and beautiful chuppah and floral. A highlight of the night included the Elvis impersonator who entertained guests with a few classics during the open dancing! I was also extremely honored to lend Kasey my own wedding jewelry for the day due to a mishap with the plans on her own jewelry.
Congratulations to Kasey and Farley and I can't wait to see you again this spring!
Valarie!
The best wedding advice given to us was to hire a wedding coordinator… especially a good one! Finding you was the best thing that could have ever happen for us!
Planning a wedding in Cleveland while living in Los Angeles was an extremely challenging task until you came along. The moment you began working with us all
our stress and uncertainties disappeared. You made our thirteen month wedding planning phase so enjoyable and exciting. Your knowledge, dedication and attention
to detail truly made our wedding day amazing beyond words! You introduced us to the most talented and wonderful vendors in the Cleveland area. All of their hard
work made our wedding day so special and memorable beyond our imagination! When Farley and I walked into the Old Courthouse we were blown away. We can't
even explain how beautiful and grand everything looked!
I have to personal thank you for making Farley feel so comfortable with everything. Any questions he had you always had a quick answer. When our jeweler could not come through last minute with my wedding day jewelry... I loved that Farley made arrangements with you to allow me to wear your gorgeous earrings and bracelet
that you wore to your wedding. You're amazing, your jewelry was amazing, and I can't thank you enough.
I have to honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed our talks and email exchanges. I didn't just gain a husband this week, I gained a friend. Though our wedding weekend is over, I know we will stay in close contact with each other. We will continue to tell everyone, including strangers, how amazing you and your staff are to work with! We wish you much success with your wedding planning
business. You are beyond the best in the industry!
Much Love and Appreciation,
Kasey & Farley

I started working with Barb and Jeff on their wedding in early January of 2010. This was one of the smallest weddings I have done which is so much fun to work on because weddings with guest counts of less than 40 or 50 do take on a different feel than the average size of 150 or more. We worked together to create a romantic, victorian feeling evening for guests! Our Glidden House front room/breakfast venue area served as the perfect backdrop for this charming wedding, as well as accommodating the out of town guests who came to celebrate with Barb and Jeff.
We served lobster and filet mignon with special selections of wine and it was quite a special night where I'm sure all guests felt like kings and queens! Our fun Fuji instant snap camera helped create a fun activity for guests to take a picture in front of the Christmas tree and then sign a love note to the bride and groom next to their picture in the guest book. I have to say that Barb's 12 year old niece was such a wonderful assistant who helped me all day long and maybe one day will join our coordination team, you never know! ;)
Our solo violinist, Ariel Clayton, provided an excellent selection of classical music paired with a few Christmas tunes during dinner and cocktail hour. When dessert was served (our beautiful cake from Bridget at Flour Girl), our caricature artist came in to offer guests another fun activity as well as a personalized caricature drawing to take home.
It was a magical evening that ended with our first significant snowfall of the season. I am so happy for Barb and Jeff as they are such classy, thoughtful and charming people who deserve a lifetime of happiness together. Congratulations to the both of you and thank you so very much for the opportunity!
Dear Valarie,
There are no words to express how thankful I am to you for making this magical day come to life! You took the stress away and made it look easy! I am so impressed – you promptly returned every call/email, though of/solved issues before I knew they existed and you were kind/understanding even when I was late or slow to respond. You were supportive, always on time and completed every task quickly/efficiently! I could not have asked for more. You are not a wedding planner – but a dream maker! You have made one of my biggest days a huge success. The level of professionalism has been outstanding! The vendors were all lovely, wonderful people who brought excellence to this wedding. You made me feel like a millionaire – anyone would be lucky/priviledged to work with you. I am so glad we found you! I could not have done this without you. I would recommend you to anyone! I think you have found your calling! Thank you for working so hard – you made me feel I was your only customer!
Sincerely,
Barb
Valarie,
Thank you so very much for all of your hard work and effort you put in to making our special day so very unforgettable! We certainly couldn’t have done it without you! I am sure other clients of yours have been easier to work with for various reasons, but you have always been professional and a joy to work with. I never though before this that working with you would be such a smooth and easy experience, but it has and it has made our lives very stress-free through this whole process. Thank you again, we certainly won’t forget it!
Warmest Regards,
Jeff
Pictures that I took throughout the reception:
I first met with Mary and Mike about a year before their fall wedding and (I know I say this all the time but really) they are one of the absolute sweetest couples I have EVER met! The entire time working with them was such a breeze and we had a wonderful time coming up with ideas for their wedding. They wanted a big band feel, so we hired the Art Company Orchestra to give them just that! We also developed a fall theme, so incorporated wine stoppers as favors for the adults (with "Fall in Love" tags attached) and "Snazzy Apples" for the kids (custom chocolate, caramel and goody apples available October through February) made by none other than Allison of Kirkbrides! All of the custom stationery was also provided through Kirkbrides.
Our colors included champagne, ivory, chocolate brown and copper and some burnt orange as you can see in the centerpieces. We even had a chandelier hung above the dance floor to add some romance to the room by Grande Designs. We also incorporated Mary and Mike's love of wine through a custom wine tasting table in cocktail hour, in our winecork centerpieces and placecard table, as well as naming the tables after their favorite brands. To top it all off, they took a romantic honeymoon to Napa Valley!
Thank you Mary and Mike for the enjoyable opportunity to plan and design your wedding. We all absolutely loved meeting and working with you and wish you the very best with all the happy years we know you have to come.
