It was such an honor to be the planner on this over the top wedding on July 6, 2014 for Rachael and David. Rachael's brother, Ryan Konikoff, is the Creative Director at Rock the House. If you follow our blog and social media, you know that Kirkbrides works with RTH all the time. Ryan and I have become good friends through the years! So when his sister got engaged (in Greece!), and decided to have the wedding in Cleveland (Rachael and David live in San Francisco), Ryan was put in charge of the planning and called me to join the planning team. We had a ball planning the wedding together and Rachael and David only had to make a few trips to Cleveland to put this masterpiece together. Rachel's mom, Shari, also had a big part in the planning with us! I was also pleased that this wedding was featured in Cleveland J Style Weddings magazine for 2015!

Obsessed with flexing for the camera (Kelly is a fitness trainer) and recessing out to the Rocky Theme Song are just two of the one million reasons why Kelly and Tom were the most fun couple ever! Everything was always light hearted and fun and I loved every minute of our time together.
Kelly and Tom pulled out all of the stops with an amazing family style Italian meal and cooked to order donut holes using the dough from Red Steakhouse. The pictures say it all from this wedding! It was a planner's dream to work with such fabulous color and have Kelly and Tom as clients.
I know we could all use a little memory jogging of last August when it was 90 degrees and their dog Tiny (who was named Tiny because he is NOT Tiny) didn't need to wear doggie boots to go outside! Cheers to warm thoughts of their special day! I love re-living it!
