We are hiring Assistant Wedding Coordinators!
We are looking for enthusiastic people interested in weddings and events to join our wedding coordination team.
WHEN: The majority of our weddings take place on Saturdays, with occasional Fridays
and Sundays, so candidate must be available on the weekends. Holiday weekends such as Labor Day weekend, New Year's Eve, 4th of July weekend, Memorial day weekend are our busiest times. Wedding days
are between 8-15 hour long workdays and are all different from one
another.
WHAT: Our coordinators assist Kirkbrides lead planners and lead coordinators on wedding
days, help with wedding setup, directing guests, managing vendors,
communicating the wedding itinerary to everyone to keep day organized,
loading up gifts and other leftover items at the end of the night,
having fun and seeing a beautiful and joy-filled day take place!

WHERE: Most weddings take place within the immediate Cleveland area.
Some of them take place in the Akron/Canton area or outer edges of
Northeast Ohio.
REQUIREMENTS: The ideal
candidate will have e-mail access, a cell
phone, a driver’s license, ability to map out directions to new places
they haven’t been before, a responsible, a motivating attitude and a
cheerful, enthusiastic and helpful personality. Our coordinators are
required to be extremely dependable to work the dates they are committed
to.
There is opportunity for advancement from this starting part-time
position with our growing small business of independent wedding and
event planning.

A Whimsical Cleveland Wedding: Kallie & Anthony's Fairytale Celebration
When Kallie and Anthony moved to Cleveland a year before their wedding, they quickly fell in love with the city and knew they wanted to share its charm with their loved ones. With Kallie hailing from Napa Valley, California, and Anthony from New Jersey, Cleveland became the perfect destination to bring their families and friends together for a truly special celebration.
From our first meeting, I felt an instant connection with Kallie and Anthony. Their warm and kind personalities shone through, and their excitement for the big day was contagious. Their families were just as welcoming, creating an atmosphere of joy and love throughout their wedding weekend.
The couple chose The Club at Hillbrook, a stunning estate with romantic grounds, as the venue for their spring wedding. Inspired by the season, Kallie envisioned whimsical and romantic décor with soft pink, white, and taupe florals accented by the warm glow of candles. Molly Taylor & Co. brought this vision to life with breathtaking arrangements that set the tone for an unforgettable day.
On a cool spring afternoon, 75 of their closest friends and family gathered at the estate's tea house to witness Kallie and Anthony exchange vows. A harpist serenaded guests as they arrived, creating a serene and magical ambiance. After the ceremony, the celebration continued on the terrace with cocktail hour, where guests enjoyed Aperol Spritzes, a charcuterie display, and a delightful Italian shaved ice station.
The reception, held inside the estate’s dining room, was a feast for the senses. Tables were adorned with an array of candles and lush floral centerpieces, creating an intimate and elegant atmosphere. A special touch came from Kallie’s uncle, who runs the family winery in Napa Valley. He gifted a selection of wines for the evening, which guests raved about long after the night ended.
The menu honored the couple’s heritage with desserts and an espresso station, adding a personal and cultural touch to the celebration. As the night unfolded, the dance floor was filled with love and laughter, culminating in a magical sparkler exit that left everyone with memories to cherish.
Working with Kallie and Anthony was a dream. Their thoughtful approach to every detail, from the harpist to the curated wine selection, made their wedding day uniquely theirs. Surrounded by incredible vendors, a loving community, and their deep connection, Kallie and Anthony’s wedding truly felt like a fairytale brought to life.
