Yes, I'm still blogging weddings from our 2009 wedding season.  What can I say?  We've been so busy working on weddings for 2010 and 2011 that it's been easier to spread them out.  :)

So, I worked with Brittney for 19 MONTHS until her wedding day finally arrived!  Can you believe it?  We clicked right away in our first meeting and I was happy to be involved in helping her enhance her day and find all of the right vendors.

Brittney is from Long Island, and met David while they were on Spring Break!  So for all of you college students out there who may be reading this blog, it's definitely a possibility to meet your future husband or wife while partying on the beach!  Brittney has such a beautiful and classic look to her; I think these pictures are just stunning!  And how beautiful is the bridesmaid dress/bouquet color combo?!

Both families were so wonderful and gracious to work with, and the flower girl and ring bearer should be on Broadway because they were so entertaining!  They even did a little dance together when announced at the reception!  And of course no one could who was in attendance at this wedding could forget the awesome LeBron James introduction complete with the baby powder being thrown up in the air by the bride and groom.  Here are some of my favorite photos of the beautiful day we had!

I first met Brendon and Emily through a dear friend of mine, Bev at the Invitation Studio.  I have worked with Bev for years now on beautiful invitation orders for my clients!  Brendon is Bev's son and to say she was excited when he proposed to Emily would be an understatement.  :-)  I guess they had heard about me from her and once they started looking for locations realized they may need some help due to their busy work schedules.  I was so happy when they decided to include me in their plans and we started working on getting vendors booked and creating the design right away.

Emily started out with her vision of chocolate brown and cream and a simply elegant idea.  As you can see from the pictures, she changed her mind throughout the process which is something that brides go through (and need to!) to finally arrive at what they want and is right for them.

There are many highlights of the day, as this wedding was absolutely over the top and incredible.  Here are just a few:

• The genuine LOVE that all who were in attendance that day could see that these two share for each other -- they were just so cute and the end of the ceremony truly brought tears to my eyes.
• Brendon's Dad constructed and designed their chuppah so that they can keep it in their backyard on their deck or patio and always remember their wedding day!  How wonderful is THAT?!
• Working with Rachel and Ted from Linczak Photography, who totally hit it off with the bride and groom and did so many extras for them including a large canvas print from their engagement session and a slideshow displayed at the end of the night of the formal images from the beginning of the day
• Working with the wonderful staff at one of my favorite locations in Cleveland, the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
