Merrill and Alex had a clear vision for their wedding day and The Union Club was the perfect place to watch their vision come to life!
Merrill
and Alex wanted a classic, sophisticated wedding with modern influences
and Arne from Blooms by Plantscaping created the most stunning floral
design to achieve their vision. Lush arrangements of calla lilies and
tulips filled the ballroom beautifully and Arne designed a stunning
arrangement for the place card table that was truly a show stopper. The
floor to ceiling draping was a magnificent frame for the band and set a
beautiful backdrop as guests entered the room.
The
specialty bar brought a unique element to the reception – adorned with
floral arrangements and custom napkins, no detail was forgotten. The
table tops were dressed with classic linens, chargers and a beautiful
menu on top of each napkin. Each piece of Merrill’s
stationery was so perfectly curated to fit her design. Liz from Lovely
Somethings created a marvelous monogram which was carried throughout
many of the pieces (and even on the cookie design) and each piece was
perfectly placed to finish off the entire look.
The bow on the back of Merrill’s dress was my favorite detail – it was the most impeccable bow on top of a perfectly wrapped day.
