We are hiring an Assistant Wedding Coordinator!

We are looking for an enthusiastic person interested in weddings and events to join our wedding coordination team.  The ideal candidate will have e-mail access, a cell phone, a driver’s license, ability to map out directions to new places they haven’t been before, a responsible and “can do it” attitude, cheerful, enthusiastic and helpful personality.  All weddings take place on Saturdays with occasional Fridays and Sundays so candidate must be available on the weekends.  The job does require physical ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.  Creativity, knowledge of wedding etiquette and background in arts and crafts projects a plus. 

What you will be doing: assisting Kirkbrides lead planners on wedding days, help with wedding setup, directing guests, managing vendors, communicating the wedding itinerary to everyone to keep day organized, loading up gifts and other leftover items, having fun and seeing a beautiful and happy day take place!
