Some of my favorite things: The Cleveland Museum of Art. Paris. Good food. Good music. French 75s.  All of these boxes were checked at Paige and Vincent’s exquisite wedding at The Cleveland Museum of Art.  Working with Paige to design a soft and classic yet unique wedding was such fun because her taste is impeccable.

A ceremony outside at the Museum is always a treat, and I love that Paige chose to use the Museum as the backdrop – so epic and memorable!

As guests moved inside for cocktails, they were greeted by the magnificence of the Atrium dressed up in a neutral but intriguing palette. I absolutely love Paige’s linen choices because I think they added a subtle warmth to the coloring of the Atrium. The champagne chameleon chairs were the ideal color to complement the linens and charger plates.

Arne from Blooms designed very lush, textured centerpieces that mirrored Paige’s tastes but also fit well within the grandeur of the Atrium. The floral color palette was stunning with the inclusion of the amnesia rose.

We designed a slightly unusual floor plan for the space, placing the band against the Bamboo planter rather than the 1916 façade, which worked so well. I love that all of Paige’s details were classic, with a slight twist.

The varying tiers on the cake added character to its otherwise classic and elegant style. Again, the subtle pop of color in the flowers added luscious charm and complemented the lavender macaroon favors!

One of my favorite details was the stationery – truly stunning in its simplicity from the invitations which were written in French and in English, to the ceremony programs and menus.

Guests dined on a perfectly curated menu from Provenance and, upon their final course, wasted no time filling the dance floor – The Orchestra is always successful at keeping the party going. Of course, who better to capture every exquisite detail than Emily Millay!
