Love is the perfect word to describe Jaimie and Chelsea’s naturally elegant wedding at Hillbrook! Love was present in every detail + I love Jaimie and Chelsea!
When they visited Hillbrook, Jaimie and Chelsea knew the enchanting venue would be the perfect location for their wedding! We planned a lovely ceremony on the lawn but ended up
moving the ceremony under the covered terrace due to rain and
colder-than-expected temperatures. Guests were offered throw blankets
and hot cider as they arrived. I always say Hillbrook has the best rain
plan in town and it turned out to be the coziest ceremony I have ever
seen, officiated by Chelsea’s sister!
I
loved the floral design created by Erin from The Budding Tree which
coordinated perfectly with the linens and natural vibe at
Hillbrook. There were so many unique details planned for the day: Jaimie
carefully and lovingly designed custom cameras that guests used to snap
memories of the evening; Luna designed cookies that were designed with
the mascots from Jaimie and Chelsea’s alma maters (Case and Wash U); guests left notes in a time capsule for Jaimie and Chelsea to open on their anniversary.
Each detail was perfectly captured by Anne Spires who puts so much love and attention into her work and it shows!
